By using the information you supply, our National Manager (Technical) will be able to resolve your problem over the phone. In case the problem remains unresolved, he will immediately put you in line with our newly-developed competence centres located at Pune, Chennai, Delhi and Kolkata, where our qualified Support Engineers are based, ready for an on-site service call of unequalled technical support and after-sales service. They will always provide world-class solutions adapted to your needs, from requirements analysis to on-site installation, including fixture design (Automation, mechanical and computing departments), production or training.
If you have an Annual Maintenance Contract and your service problem cannot be resolved by phone, a Support Engineer will be contacted by our National Manager (Technical)/ SIC Coordinator to set up an appointment for an on-site service call.
Non-Contract customers will receive a service estimate for your approval. Upon receiving the estimate duly approved, a Support Engineer will be contacted. Our trained Support Engineers will be in contact with you to set up a service call. For service requests received by noon, you will receive a call by 5:00 p.m. that same day. For all requests received after noon, you will receive a call by noon the following day to set up your appointment.
Even if you are unable to contact our National Manager (Technical), you may contact our Head Office at Kolkata where our Coordinator will assess your needs and forward you to one of our Regional Support Engineers at the competence centre closest to your location.
