SPECIAL DIMENSION

1. Larger pins makes the grinding power stronger. Choose larger pins for harder material. Hard material such as stainless steel, steel....etc, should use a diameter of stainless pins bigger than 0.5mm For soft material such as brass, copper, aluminum, gold....etc, choose a diameter of stainless pins smaller than 0.5mm, The power can be also adjusted by the speed of motor.
2. The length of 3mm & 1mm stainless pins will work better for small holes and crevices.
3. If you want to deburr small holes, choose the diameter of stainless pin smaller than the hole.
4. The stainless pins are hardened to HRC 30º, so they can be for a long time, eliminating high media costs.

• The function of liquid 233A: Prevent rust, polishing, cooling and cleaning.
• The liquid 233A can be also be used with steel and iron.
• Attention: If the temperature reaches 700C, the liquid must be changed or added to often.  Heat will make the water evaporate.

1. Put the magnetic media (stainless pins) to cover the bottom of the container.
2. Put parts in the container, the principle of quantity as does not put the parts overlap.
3. Put the grinding liquid with 50-100 times of water in the container.  Pour enough solution to cover the parts (approximatily 2cm above the parts).
4. Placed the lid on container and put the container in the well to begin cycle.
5. The cycle time and the quantity of parts will determine the finish you need after test several times. Please make a note for next time when you wnat to grine same parts.

1. GRINDING TIMES: Parts can be done in 3-30 minutes depending on the effect needed on the parts.  Test parts can be done of our facility if requested and cycle times can be estimated.
2. DEMAGNETIZE: If parts are pulled from the machine as the disc is spinning the parts will be fully demagnetized.
3. SEPARATING MEDIA: Separating the media from the parts can be done by a special that lets the media and the solution pass through and keep only the parts in the strainer.
